Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Parcel Digital LLC, the operator of Made For Your Students (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit madeforyourstudents.com (the “Site”) or submit an application.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The data controller is Parcel Digital LLC, a Nevada limited liability company and the operator of Made For Your Students, reachable at op@parceldigital.io. We are a US-based business serving customers in the United States and Canada.

2. What we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, business URL, and free-text answers to the application questions.
  • Automatically collected: IP address, browser, device, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate geographic location derived from IP.
  • Product analytics events: button clicks, form interactions, scroll depth, and session replays (form inputs are masked by default and are not captured in replay).
  • Attribution: UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (such as Google Click ID, fbclid, msclkid) so we can understand which channel introduced you.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your application, improve the Site, send follow-up email, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party processors

We use the following processors. Each has its own privacy policy, linked below.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage technologies for analytics, attribution, and basic functionality. Cookies set directly by this site begin with mfys_. Additional cookies may be set by the processors listed in Section 4. You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not affect your ability to use the Site.

6. How long we keep it

  • Application form responses: typically up to 24 months. Longer if we have entered into an active partnership, or if retention is required by law.
  • Email correspondence: typically up to 5 years, in line with ordinary business recordkeeping. Longer if we have a legal or contractual obligation to retain.
  • Analytics events: subject to PostHog's and Google Analytics' default retention controls. You can request earlier deletion (see Section 7).

7. Your rights (US, CCPA / CPRA)

  • The right to know what we collect.
  • The right to delete your personal information.
  • The right to correct inaccurate information.
  • The right to opt out of sale or sharing. See Section 8.
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email op@parceldigital.io with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 45 days, as allowed by the CCPA / CPRA.

8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising. You can still exercise your CCPA / CPRA opt-out by emailing op@parceldigital.io.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid CCPA opt-out. If your browser sends GPC, analytics capture is automatically disabled for your session.

9. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, restrict internal access to your data, and rely on third-party processors that maintain their own security and compliance programs (see Section 4). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we make no guarantee of absolute security.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
